In chapter 3 we are trying to bring it all together.
The first lesson in chapter 3 is allowing things to happen.
There's only two lessons and the second one is kind of where to next.
So I want to try and wrap this up by and this is kind of the essence of dynamic self-awareness what I'm about to share with you.
So this idea of not using the will, not using willpower to change but using willpower as an energy source.
What I mean by that is that we're going to use twin aspects of the same source energy and I call the source energy your energetic signature but there's two parts to it and one is what you put out and the other is what you allow in.
You can also switch that around and you can all you can access about you know what you pull in and what you allow to come out.
So this is a little tricky to sort of get your head around until you experience it and that's that's what dynamic self-awareness is all about it's a practical application of these ideas so everything within dynamic self-awareness everything that I've spoken to you about, I've figured out ways to show you how to experience it directly.
So this idea of allowing things to happen, of allowing things to emerge, it's a very different perspective than what we've been brought up with or what we've been led to believe is possible.
And we get into these what I call intentional feeling states.
So it is this twin or dual aspect happening at the same time.
So feelings are what comes in.
We feel what's happening in our environment.
Very different to emotions.
Emotions are what we put out.
Emotions are what allow us to move and to put into action our intentions.
Our intentions are what we hold as an outcome.
Okay so intention means to stretch towards.
So we don't have to think too much about walking towards the door and opening the door and going outside, all we have to do is picture in our mind we have to have this idea of us being outside.
The rest kind of takes care of itself.
Yes there are things that can stop us, doubts, fears, lack of awareness, but if we hold our intention to go outside and then we allow that to happen there's not much that can go wrong.
We can definitely take in information from our environment.
You know, is it cold.
Is it dangerous.
Is this the right time to be going out.
Is there other things that we could be doing or should be doing that's going to help us on our larger intentions.
So again these are all sort of personal subjective perspectives but the overall picture is that these two things can happen at the same time and what guides us, the thing that the overarching and foundational piece of the puzzle that's been missing is this source of what motivates us and what inspires us and I'm going to put it to you that each one of us has what I call an energetic signature.
So it was what we came into this life with, it was the sum total of who we are and each of us has a.

.
it's almost a duty to evolve that energetic signature but I'm going to put it to you that it's just a natural process of growth.
This happens naturally whether we can always get in the way of that growth process, we can always get in the way of that evolutionary process and that's kind of what we do on a daily basis and why we sort of get this feeling that we need to be changing a part of ourselves, that we are missing a piece of ourselves.
And I'm going to put it to you that is this energetic signature.
So in dynamic self-awareness all we're doing is trying to access this energetic signature, clear away from the things that are stopping us from directly experiencing and putting into action and communicating this energetic signature which holds within it your message that I talked about earlier.
So we're healing the past and we're figuring out ways that we can train ourselves to live more immersed in this energetic signature and then figure out different ways to express this energetic signature and allow things in which are gonna enable that energetic signature to evolve.
So I'm gonna put that to you again.
We are going to, I'm gonna put it to you the other way.
We are going to allow things in which are going to enable our energetic signature to evolve.
We are going to learn different ways to train ourselves to stay with that energetic signature, with the expression of that energetic signature, which has our message that we here alone, we alone have within us to express, to communicate, to make known.
We're gonna heal the past, so we're gonna heal all the energetic sort of disturbances that have either attached themselves or to our energetic signature or to our bodies or to our minds.
We're gonna heal all these patterns of energy that are getting in the way of us directly experiencing our source, and we are going to remove those disturbances.
until there is a clear path for that energetic signature to come out.
So the second part of the second lesson in chapter 3 was where to from here.
Now that is completely up to you.

If you can afford to work with me, look it's not cheap.
My time is not cheap and I don't give it away freely because when I've did in the past it's blown back on my face people haven't taken it people haven't valued it and they tend to put other things first so I don't do that anymore.
I've tried to make it so that you can access this stuff at a very very basic level and then the more you want to sort of go into it then the cost rises that's just how it is the reason being that you get more of my time and my time is very very valuable I only have so much of it and I'm not going to undervalue that but what I have done is even within this change series I've given you the principles of what I do if you buy the the book I it's you know seven bucks ten bucks seventeen dollars with a you know with a workbook or something like that I give you everything okay the more in-depth we go into it the more you're going to understand the quicker you're going to be able to action this material and the deeper that you're going to be able to go and you can go pretty deep but for now just think about what we've been talking about.
Think about the feelings that have come up.
Think about the answers that you've hopefully written down and look at those answers and then rethink what those answers were now that you've sort of got a deeper understanding and start to sort of tap into what you're feeling.
Start to tap into what things make you feel good and why.
And then decide whether you want to take this further, whether you are happy with going along with the way things are, whether you're happy with how you've attempted and hopefully had success with changes in the past, and then think about maybe, is this a way that UC could work for you.
If it is, don't hold yourself back, go for it.
What I found is that once you choose one thing, you just gotta choose one thing.
It doesn't matter what it is, just choose one thing, and the rest will unfold from there.
And if you think this is that one thing, then go for it.
So the options are going to be wherever you find them, I'm not sure where, should be on the last page, but just make a decision and go for it.
